I just got a new eee pc 1000H and installed mint on it straight away. Everything seems to work fine except wireless. I tried your method, but in 'wireless network drivers' utility when I install a driver it says the device is not present. Tried restarting but wireless still doesn't work. :( are you using mint 5 or mint 6? Any idea how to fix it? Cheers for any advice Hi.
